Apex Grove Distribution Ltd ("Apex Grove") is committed to delivering boreholes, infrastructure works and traded commodities that meet our clients' requirements, applicable standards and the law, on time and within budget.

Client focus: understanding the requirements of county governments, government agencies and trading counterparties, and meeting contract specifications.

Process approach: planning work using documented methods, inspection and test plans, and clear responsibilities.

Continual improvement: learning from defects, complaints and lessons from completed projects.
Supplier relationships: selecting and monitoring suppliers on quality, reliability and compliance.

Borehole Drilling and Maintenance

We base siting on hydrogeological survey data, record drilling logs, use suitable casing and screens, carry out test pumping and water quality testing, and hand over complete records. Maintenance visits are documented and faults traced to root causes.

Construction and Infrastructure

Works such as footbridges and roads are built to approved designs and specifications, with materials testing, inspections at hold points and supervision by competent personnel. Defects are recorded, corrected and signed off.

International Trade

For sugar, LPG, gasoil, bitumen and other commodities, we agree specifications in contracts, rely on independent inspection and certificates of quality and quantity where appropriate, and keep full documentation for each shipment.

Monitoring and Review

We set measurable quality objectives, track client feedback and non-conformities, and review performance at management level at least annually. Complaints are acknowledged, investigated and resolved promptly.
